Program Committee 2022-2023

PURPOSE

The Program Committee plans and supervises all educational aspects of the General Meetings for the club, including physical arrangements.  The Chair makes all arrangements for speakers (guest room accommodations as needed) for General Meetings, prepares an introduction for each speaker and writes letters of thanks. The Chair and members identify club needs and interests as a basis for planning the overall education program, cooperates with other organizations as necessary to plan joint programs, and furnishes the Communications Chair with any information needed for publicity.

The Chair sends the Program schedule for the ensuing year to the Club President for inclusion in the Directory, and to the GCA Zone II program representative for inclusion in the Zone II Program page.  The committee works with the Hospitality committee to assist with audio-visual needs for the Club’s Annual Meeting.
