The purpose of the Nominating Committee is to identify and prepare a slate of candidates to serve as Committee Chairs and elective Club Officers and present that slate to the Board for approval. Once approved by the Board, the slate is subsequently provided to the membership for voting at the Annual Meeting. The Committee is composed of four members for alternating two-year terms.  The Chair is selected from the second-year members of the committee and appointed by the Club President for a 1-year term.  The work of creating the slate begins in January of each year for the following Garden Club year.  Please see the directory for more information.
